Cancellation Policy

At DermElite Beauty, we are committed to providing a high quality, expert and specialist service. In order to facilitate this, we hope you can understand that we must have a cancellation policy in place.

Our time, as well as yours, is valuable and, if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend a planned appointment, we are unable to use that time to allow access for other clients.
If you are unable to attend an appointment already scheduled, please do try to give us as much notice as possible. We are happy to cancel and reschedule appointments at any time, without administration or cancellation fees, up to 5 working days before your appointment.

• In the event that we receive less than 5 working days notice of cancellation/rescheduling, 50% cancellation fee is incurred.
• Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation/rescheduling, incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations/rescheduling more than 5 working days in advance of the appointment date do not incur a fee. 


Covid-19

DermElite Beauty adheres to Government guidelines regarding isolation requirements for any individuals testing positive for Covid-19. We would request that, if you do test positive for Covid-19, you follow the government guidelines via the link below:

Although it is no longer a legal requirement to isolate if you have a positive test, as we operate in a clinical setting, where the safety and health of all our clients and staff affects our ability to provide our services, we would kindly ask that you notify us as soon as you are aware that you have tested positive if you have an appointment planned.
